Randy has jumped into the MP3 blog game with Joonr and for the occasion I attempted to chart our musical maps with a compass, turntable, and 20-year unlimited Greyhound bus pass. I think I popped a blood vessel writing this so only take a look if you've got the stomach for it.

what about the fleshtones?
They are covered under the "bands formed in NYC before 1980" (Queens, 1976) that I get. In a similar vein, it would probably take another 1500 words to parse out everything WHFS (99.1, DC radio) played in the 80's but I'll start by claiming Hoodoo Gurus, dB's, Game Theory, and Guadacanal Diary.
